Return / Refund Policy
How to initiate a return, refund, or replacement request:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find there is a manufacturing defect or there are incorrect or missing items from your order, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it with photos and videos. Plunge activewear is a brand that believes in providing 100 percent hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please note the following points:
- In case of any damage or sizing issues, kindly inform us within 7 days of delivery. Keep the invoice intact in case of exchange. For returns due to damages, share images of the product via WhatsApp or contact us via email or Instagram.
- There is no return and refund applicable for products bought on sale. They can be exchanged due to size issues or colours.
- If you cancel the order before it is shipped, the refund will be credited to your original payment account within 5-7 business days. Note: Orders cannot be canceled while in transit. If you wish to cancel an order after it is shipped, refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. Shipping charges will be deducted at the time of refund in this case.
- All exchange and replacement requests are subject to stock availability.
- While we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options, a shipping fee of Rs 50 must be paid in advance to book orders on a COD basis.
- Exchanges/refunds can be provided only once for an order.Please review your requirements thoroughly before requesting an exchange.
- You can track your order in the confirmation email sent after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- If the customer cancels the order after it is shipped, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to the warehouse. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.
- After the refund is initiated, it can take up to 7 days for the amount to be credited to your bank account, depending on the bank.
- A delivery fee is applicable on every prepaid order placed with a value below INR 999. No delivery fee is applicable on any order with a value above INR 999
Shipping on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:
- A delivery fee of INR 50 is applicable on every Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order. This delivery fee is non-refundable.
- If you have used the product but face sizing issues or do not like the material or fit, kindly contact us. We will initiate a return pickup immediately. Please contact us within 7 business days after product delivery. We will initiate a refund or replacement once the product is delivered back to our factory.
